Odd Fellows Hall. Regarding the Tivoli, we can but justly add, that there is no other place of amusem< a in the entireworld where such excellent performances are given. The price of admission isonly 25 cents with 25 cents extra for an excellent reserved seat. The Baldwin Theatre has a seating capacity of 1602 arranged as follows:Orchestra 196, Dress Circle 364, Balcony 400, Gallery 530, Proscenium Boxes728, Mezzanine 40. The stage is 65 feet wide and 47 feet deep. The audit-orium is decorated in Terra Cotta, in the most elegant style. The ceiling 22 THE INDUSTRIES OF SAN FRANCISCO. has fine cut-glass chandeliers besides a number of Incandescent electric lightsand is divided into squares with a small Incandescent light in the centre ofeach. The floor is covered with heavy Brussels carpet; the lobby is finishedwith Papier Mache, carved plaster and bronze, and the arrangements forlighting are the same as in the auditorium.
