Summary

[edit]
Description

A teardrop sculpture manufactured from polished stainless steel. The teardrop - approximately 1.5m high and 0.75m wide (5’ x 2’6’’) - was chosen for its natural and universal symbolism. It reminds us of the pity of war and persecution, wherever and whenever they happen, and its reflective surface enables us to see ourselves and will hopefully prompt us to reflect upon the part we can play in opposing humanity's inhumanity, and supporting those who have suffered from it.
