Description
English: Formed in 1865, the Governor's Bodyguard was a colorful, often-illustrated cavalry in their red and white uniforms and mustachioed Rajput horsemen. Dhurandhar, among the over 50 postcard portraits he made of Bombay characters, could not resist them either. M.V. Dhurandhar. 12.10x8.70cm.
