| Description |
English: The Gamble Institute and Cenotaph, Victoria Square, St. Helens The Gamble Institute and Library were donated to the Town by Sir David Gamble and opened on the 5th. November, 1896. The Gamble family were owners of a local chemical industry, the fallout from which did little for the health of the townsfolk. |
