Omschrijving: Dame in hofjapo. Gestreept lijfje met lage hals en halflange mouwen afgezet met gerimpelde stroken stof. Breed uitstaande gestippelde rok van zilverkleurige stof, versierd met strikken en guirlandes van bladeren en bloemen. Het kapsel is versierd met kralen, stroken stof en vijf struisveren, De struisveren op de tulbanden van de jongedames (symbool van de prins van Wales) waren verplicht bij de introductie aan het hof. Accessoires: collier met hanger. bloemcorsage, lange handschoenen, waaier. Prent uit het modetijdschrift The Gallery of Fashion (1794-1803).
