I'm sure the Flour Station sells excellent bread and pastries. However, there are very good existing local bakeries in Tottenham and Wood Green,some of which bake fresh every day and sell their produce at keen prices. So it's a pity that the Muswell Hill Colonial Adminstration which (mis)runs Haringey prefers to pursue its misguided fantasy of gentrifying Tottenham Green. Judging by our Sunday stroll to and from Tottenham Green, the money, time and effort would be far better spent in other ways. For example on keeping our streets free of rubbish, litter, graffiti and broken pavements. _______________________ Sunday stroll 3 April 2016.
