The Eagle Otome, an 807-foot Singapore flagged tank ship, is held in place by tug vessels, Jan. 25. A collision between Eagle Otone the towing vessel Dixie Vengeance and the two barges that it was pushing Jan. 23, spilled an estimated 450,000 gallons of crude oil into the Sabine Neches Waterway.
