The acual work of paying out the cablebetween Cuba and New York will take onlyabout two weeks, and the only all-sea cableline between New York and Havana willbe in operation before the end of the pres-ent month. Messages can then be sent between NewYork and Havana in three minutes insteadof thirty minutes as now, predicts Vice-President Nally, of the Postal Company.The New York terminal will be at ConeyIsland.
