Description
English: The Crighton Tower on Gad Island, Crom Opposite the ruins of Crom Castle is Gad Island on which stands this round tower. It is not as old as the ruins it faces across the Upper Lough Erne waterway. It is a stone folly built as a famine relief project in about 1847 to serve as an observatory.
