Description
English: The Common Butterwort or Bog Violet. One of our resident carniverous plants, the Butterwort is fairly common and easily recognized. The prey sticks to the gummy surface of the leaves which curl around the prey secreting enzymes which break down the still living body. Slay it with flowers!
