Neller addresses Sailors and Marines assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (31st MEU) and Bonhomme Richard Expeditionary Strike Group during an all-hands call aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6).
