| Description |
English: The Christchild - stained glass roundel ... ... in the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, of the Carmelite Monastery, Quidenham, Norfolk. This window is one of many in the place of worship of a closed order of nuns. The window was made by Margaret E.A. Rope and probably designed by her cousin - also called Margaret Rope until she became a Carmelite nun by the name of Sister Margaret of the Mother of God. She became a nun in Woodbridge, Suffolk in 1923 and after several moves of premises finally died here at Quidenham in 1953.
