Every garden, large and small, has room for an attractive Geranium bed, and no Geranium gives better satisfaction for bedding than the now celebrated Bruant. It is the best semi-double scarlet, and is one mass of bloom throughout the whole summer. JBr&camfg pun-Frooi (^Gr&mum The hot southern sun is too severe for many of the varieties of Gerani- ums that are beautiful in our northern and western cities, and the frequent drouths bar out many more, but the Bruantii Geraniums endure sun and drouth, and upon the" return of cooler days and heavy dews they grow and bloom as if there had never been any weather of any but their choosing. It matters not what the temperature, the Bruantii are always growing, always green, and crowned with flowers from May until November. Per- haps in no other class of plants has the march of improvement advanced so rapidly. New colors, new styles, profuse blooming sortsâall these have combined to make the Bruantii Geraniums the most popular plant for bedding. Price, 10 cents each. Alfred Tennyson. Very large trusses of large semi-double flowers; color, clear orange; petals marked with heliotrope. Alfred Mame. A magnificent bedding variety ; the trusses are of extraor- dinary size, the florets by actual measurement being two and one half inches long by two inches wide, of almost pansy form; the color is a soft sub-scarlet, lower petals shading to salmon in the center, which is deeply veined crimson. This variety has been universally admired by all who have seen it in flower. A variety that will probably never be equaled. Aurora Borealis. Bright, brilliant red; large flowers; very effective. Bruantl. The giant among Geraniums; color, most pleasing shade of ver- milion red; trusses exceptionally large, spherical, and flowers abso- lutely perfect in shape, contour and make-up; one of the best for pot culture and bedding. Blanche Moulas. A grand bedding and potting variety; flowers large; color, salmon, beautifully bordered with white. Barbizet. Flowers very large; color, fresh, bright rose, maculated with white on upper petals. Beauty Poitevine. Very large double flowers in immense trusses; color, brilliant salmon. Chaplin. Large floret, semi-double, of brilliant red, shading to white center; a lovely shade. Francois Arrago. A charming variety and free bloomer; color, salmon pink, shading to salmon in center. Glorie Poitevine. Extra large florets and trusses; color, orange vermilion, white center. Le Cid. Rosy carmine, shading to scarlet; a charming shade. Leviathan. Enormous flowers; color, bright orange red; reverse of petals, silvery; semi-double; very fine. Monsieur Emil Barr. Large flowers, borne in immense trusses; color, ver- milion red; very attractive and showy. Madame de la Roque. Enormous round flowers in large trusses; color, a beautiful salmon, with orange-shaded center. Monsieur Ponsignon. Color, bright aurora rose, shaded salmon, with white eye; large trusses. Mrs. E. G. Hill. Single; floret, 2x2% inches; center of each petal soft light salmon; bordered with rosy salmon and veined deep rose. Mrs. A. Blanc. Apricot red, veined darker, with rose center. Monsieur Louis Fages. Semi-double; clear, bright orange-scarlet; extra fine. Protee. An exquisite variety; flowers, very large; color, silvery lilac- white, changing to silvery pink. Nearly all varieties at 3 cents per packet; or if you order one dollar's worth, they will cost but 2 cents per packet.
