English: The Buckdass of Cairnbaber. The craggy eastern slopes of Cairnbaber stretch for more than a mile through squares NX4875 and NX4876, and are known as the Buckdass of Cairnbaber. The photograph shows the southern end of the Buckdass. The word 'Buckdass' does not appear anywhere else in Scotland , and its origins are unknown. |
