Description
English: The Beachcomber public house The Beachcomber public house in Bowen Square had a short life. It was built in the early 1070's but was demolished to make way for more shops in the late 1990's. During the 1980's it was 'the pub' to be seen in. Inside the lounge bar had a beach club feel with a thatched roof above the bar with native masks along the front of the Bar which was made to give the impression it was made from bamboo.
