Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Bay, Ham The rocky foreshore uncovered at low tide is popular with basking seals. The small harbour here, in the early 1700s, handled an occasional small passenger ferry to Hoy. After 1830 it was rebuilt to cater for the local Caithness flagstone exports as nearby Castlehill Harbour could not handle all the trade.
