The Arm-Co-Operator is a "newspaper published every two weeks, by the Personal Service Division of the American Rolling Mill Company at Middletown, Ohio, for all Armco Men and Women." The Arm-Co-Operator covers news and events from all of the Armco plants, including: safety, personnel, training classes, clubs and sports activities, health and first aid, celebrations, vacations, births, marriages, deaths, illnesses, recipes, jokes, editorials, and classified ads. This issue's front page articles focus on: departmental employee representative committees; an editorial titled, "Now is the Time to Work"; Armco policies; and heavy contracting follows advances in pig iron and finished steel products. There is an unpaginated page, between pages 2 and 3, titled, "Steel Beer Kegs Make Work for Armco Men."
