The films of the rightmastoid are turned over so that thenumbers read backward (because thestereoscope mirror reverses the image)and fastened to the upper half of thecelluloid mount, using paper clips. Itwill be found that the punch marks are 753 _54 A New Method of Simultaneous Stereoscopic Observation of Both Mastoids located at opposite corners in the twofilms. The left mastoid films are nowturned over so that the numbers readbackward, and are fastened to the lowerhalf of the celluloid mount, care being mount with the punch marks at the rightis the left eye image; in other words, thepunch marks must be placed at the backof the box.
