This graphic method shows exactly what theroentgenologist finds. A report may also be writ-ten in detail numbering the teeth, right and left,as some persons will not take the time to studythe chart, and prefer to read the findings. Thedentist receives a set of films, the original chartand a copy of the report. The physician receivesthe set of films, the original^report^and a copy ofthe chart if he refers the case. The physician withthis chart in hand can discuss intelligently withthe dentist the findings and recommendations.DupUcate charts and films are kept on file sothat^the case can be^discussed over the telephone.
