So as to readily explain itsuse and not confuse the reader, this sample report covers theDark roo:n, Printing Dept., Bromide room, Chemical roomand Finisher, where as a matter of fact each operator turnsin an individual daily report slip rendering an account of allwork he has completed. In the Remarks space additional information as to thenumber of prints spoiled (from all sources) need of any par-ticular article, chemicals to be ordered or repairs required,is generally noted. It will be noticed that this method ofkeeping tabs on the working Depts. render at all times anaccurate knowledge as to the amount of work produced andthe addition of each report slip gives the days gross output. From the billing basket we take the duplicate order slip,now showing the necessary data thereon, and also the originalorder slip from the file all ready for billing.
