Description |
English: The Allied Reoccupation of French Indo-china Japanese prisoners of war prepare ground surrounding the camp at Cape Saint Jacques for the cultivation of vegetables. The idea was to make this camp, which housed up to 38,500 prisoners, as self-sufficient as possible in terms of foodstuffs. |
