English: The A487 east of Cadair Idris The A487, here at Bwlch Llyn Bach, is one of only two major roads which cross the great line of hills, which stretches from Friog on Cardigan Bay to the English border at Chirk. The other is the A470 at Bwlch Oerddrws, a mere 4 miles (6 km) away. |
