English: The Masschusetts Air National Guard, 102nd Medical Group was on the ground in support of civilian authorities for the 120th Boston Marathon. The 102nd team is part of the Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) as a part of the homeland response mission. They provide medical capabilities in response to mass casualty, natural disasters and weapons of mass description (WMD) incidents.
