[edit]DescriptionThe 1-64th's Cyclones prepare for the upcoming storm 130910-A-CW513-638.jpg |
English: Soldiers from Company C “Cyclones”, 1st Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, try to get the quickest time completing a track removal and reinstallation on a M1A2 SEPV2 Abrams tank at their battalion’s motorpool here, Sept. 10. This timed event was designed to simulate the actions a crew may have to take if the tank was to break track in a real time situation, and was just one part of a 13-event, three-day competition, designed to bolster Esprit de Corps, as well as help the Cyclones prepare for the gunnery they have coming up in the fall.
