English: This is a section of the Magnetic Survey map of "India and High Asia" published by the Schlagintweit brothers show the location they called Aksai Chin (spelt Aksae Chin). It is evidently to the north of the Karatagh Range in an area that was called "Kushku Maidan" in British maps. |
