Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Thawon Watthu building in Bangkok, near the Grand Palace, was initiated by King Rama V, but not fully finished until under his successor in 1906. It was at first a library for monks, then a municipal library, and at last a centre for research in the social sciences.
