โล่เขน หมายถึง สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ โดยใช้รูปแบบตามสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ สมอ หมายถึง กองบังคับการตำรวจน้ำ เป็นหน่วยงานที่มีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการทางน้ำและทางทะเล มีเรือตรวจการณ์เป็นยุทโธปกรณ์หลักในการปฏิบัติงาน ลายพรรณพฤกษาลายใบเทศ หมายถึง การเจริญเติบโตของหน่วยงาน
