Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Thai Charoen (ไทยเจริญ) is a bizarre food shop in Chum Phon Province, Thailand. They offer strange, but still very delicious, phat thai ("Thai stir-fry") and hoi thot ("fried oysters"). Like no other, they use kapi (shrimp paste) and bitter orange juice in their phat thai.
