English: Panel of cotton, plate-printed in red. Design shows Apollo, the Sun God, and the Muses. Below, Apollo playing the Lyre. Apollo descending from the sun chariot is represented as the god of music holding a lyre and presiding over nymphs. Apollo at his bath recalls statues by Girardon and Reynaudin in the park at Versailles dating from th e1680's.
