English: Sarah Boykin, of Meryville, La., sits down with her husband, Spc. Tommy Boykin, of Bravo Battery 1st Battalion of the 133rd Field Artillery, 72nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 36th Infantry Division, out of Port Arthur, Texas, after he arrives at Biggs Air Field, Fort Bliss, Texas, July 17. The B Btry., 1/133rd deployed to Iraq, under Capt. Brian Hildebrand, of Houston, and 1st Sgt. Jeffrey Hancock of Centerville, in December 2009. Several top Texas National Guard leaders were on hand to greet the returning Soldiers, including Brig. Gen. William Smith, deputy commander of Maneuver, 36th ID, Austin resident Col. David W. Madden, the deputy commander for the 72nd IBCT, and Deer-park resident, Command Sgt. Maj. Richard Sublett, with the 1st Squadron of the 112th Cav. |
