Summary

[edit]
Description

Tessa Hadley shared a platform with Janice Galloway and though normally I am easily persuaded to buy books from writers I have been able to listen to I'm afraid that writing like Tessa's novels about domestic relationships and middle-class life fail to do it for me. Still sharing a platform with Jancie Galloway can't be easy!

Tessa Hadley lives in Cardiff and teaches Literature and Creative Writing at Bath Spa University, her special interests including Jane Austen, Henry James, Jean Rhys and Elizabeth Bowen.
