Description
English: Lt. Col. James A. DeLapp (left at table), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District commander; Robert J. Martineau Jr. (center at table), Tennessee Department of Environmental Conservation commissioner; and Col. Vernie L. Reichling (right at table), Memphis District commander, sign a partnership agreement, March 30, 2012, in Nashville, Tenn., between the corps of Engineers and Tennessee state agencies that reaffirms a commitment to cooperate and communicate with each other to achieve mutual water resource goals aimed at improved quality of life for citizens. Other signatories standing (Left to right) are Ralph Comer, Tennessee Department of Transportation assistant chief of Environment and Planning; Elgan Usrey, assistant director of Recovery; Mike Atchison, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development special projects director; Ed Carter, Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency director; and John McClurkan, Tennessee Department of Agriculture Water Resource Program administrator.
