Summary
[edit]DescriptionTemporary Post-Tensioning and Slab Alignment-1 VA (8495182737).jpg | Each slab was post-tensioned partially during installation, termed “temporary post-tensioning”. This helped serve to improve the alignment of each slab as it was installed as part of the FHWA, Highways for LIFE project with VDOT demonstrate the use of PCPS technology and jointed precast pavement system-Super-Slab® to replace concrete slabs on a section of I-66 and a ramp lane leading to US-50 West during nighttime partial or full closures. |
