Description A contractor cleans a concrete apron in preparation for painting at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, Nov. 16, 2011. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District is overseeing construction of the new apron, which will serve as a pad for arming and disarming aircraft.
