Description
English: Fungu Yasini island is just north of Dar es Salaam on Tanzania's Indian Ocean coast (Zanzibar Channel), some 3 miles offshore. The island is just a tiny sand bank, visible in the lower left corner, surrounded by a large reef. It is part of the Dar es Salaan Marine Reserve.
Nederlands: Fungu Yasini eiland ligt ten noorden van Dar es Salaam in de Indische Oceaan (Zanzibar Kanaal), ongeveer 5 km uit de kust. Het eiland is slechts een kleine zandbank, zichtbaar in de linker benedenhoek, omringd door een groot rif. Het is onderdeel van het Dar es Salaan Zeereservaat (Dar es Salaam Marine Reserve).
