English: A crowd gathers along Dobbins Point in Erie, Pa., to witness the Parade of Sail during the 2013 Tall Ships Festival as a boat crew aboard a 25-foot Response Boat-Small from Coast Guard Station Erie escorts the sailing vessel Appledore IV, an 85-foot schooner, homeported in Camden, Maine, Sept. 5, 2013. This year's festival marks the 200th anniversary of the building of Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry's fleet in Erie and his victory at the Battle of Lake Erie off of Put-In-Bay, Ohio, Sept. 10, 1813.
