English: Tag Cut Canal Basin. The photograph is taken looking down the old canal to Tag Cut Lock, marked on the 1:25,000 OS series maps. The increase in width of the canal to form a basin for the wharf is clearly visible. The wharf loading platform is just out of view to the right. Signs nearby warn of 'Deep Water'. |
