Summary
[edit]DescriptionTadcaster Bridge (geograph 4800983).jpg |
English: Tadcaster Bridge
After the flood the underside of the old bridge is now visible. The central two spans have collapsed, but the newer bridge built alongside has survived. Until recently it wasn't so apparent how the old bridge had been widened. A tricky reconstruction job to preserve the historical nature of the crossing and ensure the bridge can fulfill it's purpose for many years to come. |
