Nature: Warm and dry in the second degree. Optimum: Cooked over moderate heat. Usefulness: Good for humid intestines. Dangers: It irritates the respiratory passages. Neutralization of the Dangers: By mixing it with warm water. Effects: It causes the blood to be moderately warm. It is good for moderate temperaments, for old people, in Winter and Spring, and in all regions.
