Les poinçons figurant sur cette boîte pourraient être ceux des Frères Souchay travaillant à Hanau (Lorenz Seelig, communication orale ; cf. Los Llanos, José de, Grégoire, Christiane, "Boîtes en or et objets de vertu", Paris, Paris-Musées, 2011, p.188).
