Description iconographique:

Cette boîte en or ciselé est émaillée en plein de scènes chinoises en grisaille s'enlevant sur un fond rose carmin. Les sujets sont inspirés des chinoiseries peintes, ou gravées, par Jean-Antoine Watteau, François Boucher, Alexis Peyrotte ou Jean-Baptiste Pillement.
