English: A small bifacially worked core tool struck from a light grey flint and most likely a tranchet adze / axe of Mesolithic date. The object is triangular, with a broad edge which on one side has had a tranchet removal to create a cutting edge. The other end is narrowed. The side profile is lenticular, with bifacial working. |
