Français : Cet édifice de type tournaisien comporte cinq travées de deux niveaux sur soubassement appareillé. Le rez-de-chaussée est ouvert d'une première porte à traverse couronnée d'une baie d'imposte et d’une seconde surmontée d'un linteau déprimé sous cordon. La façade est rythmée par des baies dont les croisées ont été restituées. La couverture en bâtière à coyau de tuiles plates est supportée par une corniche à modillons de bois profilés et percée de trois lucarnes à croupe.

English: Facade and roof of the building located 35 & 37 Marvis street, in Tournai.
—This Tournai-style building has five two-storey bays on an engineered basement. The ground floor is open from a first door with a crossbar crowned with a transom bay and a second surmounted by a depressed lintel under the cordon. The facade is punctuated by bays whose crosses have been restored. The flat tile coyote gutter roof is supported by a cornice with profiled wooden modillions and pierced by three hipped dormers.
