Description
Français : Cette façade baroque en briques enduites et pierre bleue compte quatre travées et trois niveaux sur un soubassement en pierre appareillée. Elle se distingue de ses voisines par ses percements aux jambages en bossages un-sur-deux. Ce travail de contraste entre les creux et les reliefs ainsi qu’entre les lignes et les courbes est visible sur toute la façade et confère à l’ensemble un dynamisme propre au style baroque. Le côté décoratif est renforcé par les frontons courbes, les cartouches du XVIIIe siècle, les ancres formées de rouleaux en S, l’huisserie décorée d’une coquille symétrique encadrée de rinceaux d’acanthe ou les châssis ouvragés à petits-bois. Enfin, une potence en fer forgé à la base ornée d’une corne d’abondance d’où émergent des bouquets de roses et des poires supporte une élégante enseigne. Des corbeaux en bois chantournés font la transition entre la façade et la toiture en croupe frontale de tuiles à coyau, éclairée par une lucarne à croupe. This baroque brick and blue stone façade has four bays and three levels on a fitted stone base. He is distinguished from his neighbors by his jamb holes to one in two. This work of contrast between the hollows and the reliefs as well as between the lines and the curves is visible on all the facade and confers on the whole a dynamism proper to the baroque style. The decorative side is reinforced by curved pediments, 18th century cartouches, anchors formed by S-shaped rollers, the frame decorated with a symmetrical shell framed by acanthus scrolls or elaborate frames with small woods. A base wrought iron base is decorated with a cornucopia from which emerge bouquets of roses and pears that support an elegant sign.

Nederlands: Gevel en dak van het gebouw gelegen rue des Puits l'Eau Nr 23. Deze barokke gevel in gecoate stenen en blauwe steen heeft vier traveeën en drie niveaus op een voetstuk. Het onderscheidt zich van zijn buren door zijn gaten in de eindnokken van de portieren één op twee. Dit contrasterende werk tussen de holtes en de reliëfs en tussen de lijnen en de bochten is zichtbaar op alle façades en verleent over het geheel een dynamiek die eigen is aan de barokstijl.
