THE BIRTH OF PASTOR STEPHEN EFUWEH FREE COMPUTER TRAINING PROGRAMME. The incubators youth network free computer training programme has trained over two thousand youth and still training more in different part of nigeria. The free computer training programme is the platform through which pastor stephen preaches the gospel of christ to young people –they study computer skill and are also taught the word of God and their need for salvation.

The passion of Pastor Stephen Efuweh for the teeming youth living in high level of moral decadence gave birth to this noble programme. In other  to reach out to the youth with the gospel of christ and to bring them out of these vices, series of programmes were organised.

In 2011 at Mararaba Nassarawa State, A programme was organised titled LOVE,SEX AND PASSION which was a huge success as the outcome was awesome to the glory of God. As most youth were exposed to scripture knowledge on Sex,Love and Passion.

In  that same year,another programme was held tagged:JESUS JEAN CANIVAL which was also very awesome because many youth gave their lives to christ and these youth were handed over to churches for mentoring and supervision.

In 2012, another programme was held for the youth titled: TEACH ME HOW TO LOVE YOU at Nyanya Abuja on 14th february 2012. Also at Nyanya that same year another programme for the youth was held ,a worship experience that was tagged:BETTER THAN LIFE All these programmes were successful except for the issue of follow up from the churches these youth were entrusted to. In the middle of these all,the vision of a free computer training came to birth, the training was to last eight weeks(8),during this period the youth were introduced to the computer skills coupled with the preaching of the Gospel. Of course ventures as this are not without challenges,one amongst many is  Financial constrain: The initial capital to start a project like this is usually huge but God’s providence saw them through,and he was able to acquire some computer and the programme took off at Fame Gosple Centre Mararaba Nassarawa State. After which they move to Edo state and more computers were purchased by divine providence. This programme started in kaduna in January 2013 at YOUNG MEN CHRISTAIN ASSOCIATION(YMCA) School and since then the programme has been on and our desire to see young people established in the lord and to be self reliance in the society has been keeping the vision going and God has been confirming the vision by the number of souls been changed.  The incubators youth network is still facing the challenges of finance. The finance is used for the payment of personnel /staff ,electrical bills and fuel for running generators which is usually the case as electricity in nigeria is usually unstable.  Also the youth restiveness-since most of the young people who attend the program are usually from dyfuntional home,some of them are drug adddicts,some prostitutes,some have criminals tendencies and so many others are calm and easy going. Rehabilitating youth with addiction problem is still an issue the incubators are trusting God for because these youth pose some challenges and some times makes the work difficult. In the future, the incubators youth network will be one of the biggest computer institute,with hostel accomodation for these youth,with foriengn affiliated programs and courses,fully air conditioned computer classrooms or halls with projectors for easy learning. At the moment,the incubators ultimate dream is to own their own property so as to be able to execute all the great visions we have for young people and be better positioned to be a blessing to many young persons that comes our way.
