Description I rode in this car on the TGV train from Paris to Tours. The train was on the TGV Atlantique line, which runs from Paris (Montparnasse) to Tours or Le Mans. TGV is "train à grande vitesse" (high speed train). This train set has a top speed of 300 kph (186 mph). The trip of 235 km (147 miles) took 70 minutes, with two stops. The photo is in the Tours station.
