English: This SVG demonstrates the librsvg bug Phab:T194582. All blurred circles are supposed to look like the one on the very top left. When the scaling causes the "amount of blur" in one direction to be negative, librsvg clamps it to zero. The desired behavior would be to take the absolute value instead. |
