Description
English: Wallsend station on the Tyne and Wear Metro is only a few hundred yards from the Roman fort of Segedunum at the eastern end of Hadrian's Wall. Due to this proximity some of the station signs are bilingual in English and Latin, making it probably the only station in Great Britain to have Latin signs.
