Two storey corner building with three enclosed courtyards. Former Poor Clares monastery. Corner part built in 1733, 1782. In Neoclassical style extended by architect Ágoston Pollack in 1847. - In the 2010s/2020s Eötvös Loránd University Rector's Office, Chancellery - At corner 1838 flood plaque/memorial. Three (relief)plaques. In middle a 120x150cm size relief shows the flooded areas on the 1838 Budapest map. On two side plaques: left: "A/pest/great flood/100 years/anniversary/occasion/claimed by the capital/public/1938." On the right: "At this place, the water reached to 138.5 cm, to the top edge of the plaque, on March 13, 14, 15 and 16, 1838" - 1 Királyi Pál Street=21-23 Szerb Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighbourhood, Belváros-Lipótváros district, Budapest

Kétemeletes, barokk saroképület, egykori klarissza kolostor, 1733, 1782, Átépítés Pollack Ágoston, 1847 klasszicista. 23 szám főépület 21 szám toldaléképület. A Szerb utcai homlokzat 1922-23 évi átalakítás idejében készült. - 21. században az ELTE Rektori Hivatala, Rektori Ellenőrzési Önálló Osztály info: elte.hu/reoo. - 1838. évi árvíztábla Gerő László és Tabi Ede alkotás (1938).Kb 120x150 cm-es középső és két egyenként 80x150 cm-es mészkőtábla. A középső táblán térkép, mely az 1838 évi Budapest térképre vetítve mutatja az árasztott területeket, kétoldalt szöveges táblák, felül hullámvonal zárja a táblákat. Felirat baloldalt: "A/pesti/nagy árvíz/100 éves/évfordulója/alkalmából/állította a Székes-/főváros/közönsége/1938." Jobboldalon: "Ezen/a helyen az/emléktábla/felső/szegélyéig/138.5 cm,/ért a víz/1838/március/13, 14, 15 és 16/ napján" info: kozterkep.hu/2794/1838-evi-arviztabla 'Klarissza kolostor' néven műemlék azonosító: 620, törzsszám: 15460 - Budapest, Belváros-Lipótváros, Belváros városrész, Szerb utca 21-23 = Királyi Pál utca 1-3 szám, helyrajzi szám: 24040, 24041.
