Duna Wellness Hotel. It was built by Ignácz Deutsch between 1860-70 partly in Art Nouveau style. In the south wing of the building, now a restaurant and kitchen, was once a theatre hall for 300 people. Béla Bartók marble memorial plaque with bronze relief, by artist Ilda Fodor (2005) is on facade. inscription 'Béla Bartók gave a concert here on 9 April 1928 1881-1945 composer, ethnomusicologist, pianist//Municipality of Baja 2005' Inscription of another granite memorial plaque: "In this building, the naval officers of the armed uprising (monitor rebellion) that broke out and suppressed against the Soviet Republic on 24 June 1919 were kept in house guard//Between 26 June 1919 and 4 July 1919./They were then taken to Serbia, from which they were released in September - October.//Participant in the rebellion Lajta monitor was erected on the 140th birthday of Duna Kft. and the Organizing Committee of the Leitha Memorial Year in 2011" - Plaque No. 3: "Hungary in the autumn of 1939 received tens of thousands of Poles fleeing German and Soviet aggression.
